Alera Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Property & Casualty to support client service excellence and operational accuracy. This role emphasizes relationship management, collaboration with producers, and effective servicing of commercial lines in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams on renewals, submissions, and endorsements, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance and best practices across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
• Support renewal and new business processes, including underwriting information gathering and submissions.
• Review carrier quotes and prepare client proposals, coverage comparisons, and renewal presentations.
• Manage endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy issuance reviews, and related servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely delivery of client and carrier commitments.
