Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license (state-specific as required).
• Experience in insurance agency client service and account management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial Property & Casualty clients by delivering proactive account management, education, and service.
• Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
• Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by maintaining strong, trusted client relationships and providing responsive support.
• Manage key account servicing processes including renewals, endorsements, claims support, billing inquiries, and account reviews.
• Handle renewals in partnership with producers, including remarketing, account rounding, and presentation of renewal pricing and terms.
• Educate clients on coverage changes, policy features, and risk management considerations.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices.
• Leverage systems and tools such as Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting.
