Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty insurance agency, brokerage, underwriting, or related environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, or account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance coverages, policy forms, rating concepts, and loss analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, PL Rater, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of business, overseeing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and new business onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and vendor partners to support account retention and service excellence.
• Evaluate client exposures and coverage needs while supporting underwriting and risk management activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day account servicing activities to ensure timely, accurate, and responsive client support.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and applicable state and federal insurance regulations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through cross-selling, up-selling, and additional risk management solutions.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation within agency management systems and related platforms.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, market conditions, and regulatory developments to better support clients.
