The role spans account management, renewal submissions, and coordinating policy administration while upholding compliance and accurate documentation. The position supports various levels (Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Senior Account Executive) and requires an active P&C license with strong knowledge of brokerage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years account management or 5+ years insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
