The role offers growth from Account Manager to Senior levels based on experience and licensing.

The position emphasizes responsive service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with underwriters while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
