Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producer, and assigned client groups. You will handle renewals, endorsements, submissions, and policy management under supervision, ensuring accuracy and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance client service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing; CISR preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Monitor policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business with client research, submissions, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload/status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and respond to requests quickly.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Seek improvements to enhance team performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership in IOA values.
