Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers. You will ensure high quality service, track renewals, process endorsements and help prepare submissions, bind coverage, and manage client communications.

The role emphasizes strong organization, knowledge of insurance brokerage, and the ability to work under supervision while improving workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business through underwriting information, submissions, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor data.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver responsive service and uphold policy compliance.
