Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines. The role supports the account team, producers, and assigned accounts, under supervision from AMs or Producers.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, and client communications to deliver accurate, timely service, while safeguarding against liabilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workflow of support/reception staff and assistants.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting info and assisting with submissions.
