Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support within a remote-friendly, hybrid-capable environment. The role focuses on renewal management, policy processing, and collaboration with the account team to ensure accurate coverage and timely service.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of insurance customer service, licensing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage small-sized accounts or those with the least complex needs.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business through research, underwriting info gathering, submissions, and proposals.
