Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producers, and clients with administrative and service tasks. The role emphasizes renewals, endorsements, pricing submissions, and timely communication while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance customer service, licensing (CISR preferred), and proficiency with MS Office to support policy management and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Required active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, loss runs, IDs, certificates, binders, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, present proposals, bind coverage, and follow up for issuance.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
