Job summary

Modigent seeks a Service Technician III to independently diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems across diverse facilities in a on-site role. You will lead challenging service calls, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal strongly preferred) and other relevant credentials are plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Lead service calls from dispatch to completion, and communicate findings to customers.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote safety and quality standards.
• Document service activities thoroughly for records and billing.
