Job summary

Modigent is hiring a Senior Service Technician III to independently diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems across diverse facilities with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead challenging service calls, mentor junior technicians, and ensure code-compliant, energy-efficient operation nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman-level proficiency in diagnosing and resolving advanced system issues.
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred); NATE or OSHA credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform major component replacements and system commissioning.
• Lead full service calls from dispatch to completion and communicate with customers.
• Mentor Service Technician I and II, promoting safety and quality standards.
• Document service activities for billing, warranties, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with codes, EPA protocols, and safety requirements.
