Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC (Senior Level) to act as a front-line resource, offering technical support and training to other service technicians. You will perform inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance across commercial environments.

In this role you will coordinate work on large projects, train technicians, manage multi-tech calls, and uphold strong customer relationships with clear stakeholder communication and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• HVAC unitary systems up to large tonnage, with brands up to 150+ tons.
• Experience with chillers (air- and water-cooled) and VFDs.
• Proficient in airside components and pump/piping configurations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC performance by testing, observing, and configuring equipment.
• Coordinate work on large projects; train technicians and supervise tooling use.
• Complete service contracts and quoted projects; communicate with customers clearly.
• Provide frontline technical support to service technicians and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage multi-tech service calls and participate in on-call rotations.
• Purchase materials and issue purchase orders; maintain safety and compliance.
