Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will mentor technicians, support field leadership, and help with work planning and audits.

This role offers world-class training and plenty of opportunities to advance within a growing service team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of highly skilled HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal, OSHA certifications preferred, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train other technicians and assist Field Supervisor with audits and site supervision.
• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent outages or callbacks.
• Document work using handheld device and coordinate with dispatch.
