Qualifications
- Six years of HVAC/R experience with a stable employment record.
- Strong ability to lead field assignments and mentor junior technicians.
- EPA Universal Certification required and valid driver''s license.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose difficult HVAC problems (mechanical, electrical, and controls).
- Service and repair commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Lead field assignments and coordinate technicians and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to junior technicians.
- Record labor, equipment, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
- Use BuildOps to document job information and maintain records.
