Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems. You will mentor technicians, lead on-site planning, audits, and ensure safety and quality in service calls.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, diagnostic skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service and on-time problem resolution.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal required.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring technicians and supporting field leadership activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support and professional communication.
• Mentor fellow technicians and assist with work planning and audits.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections to prevent failures.
• Ensure safety procedures and reporting are followed on site.
