Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Gastonia, NC to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair a range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will work in the field, independently handling complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues while ensuring system reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience with RTUs, rooftops, and DX systems, plus EPA certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience.
• Experience servicing RTUs, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units and DX systems.
• Strong refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Work independently to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Service a variety of HVAC equipment on-site at commercial/industrial facilities.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair Commercial and Industrial HVAC Systems. This is a field-based Service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, diagnosing complex Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration issues, and servicing a variety of Commercial HVAC equipment.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service experience
• Strong HVAC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics experience
• Experience servicing RTUs, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units and DX Systems
• Strong Refrigeration and Electrical Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams
