Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Freeport, ME. The role is on-site and permanent, offering an hourly wage of $40–$55 with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, reading schematics and working independently in the field. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair Commercial and Industrial HVAC Systems. This is a field-based Service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, diagnosing complex Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration issues, and servicing a variety of Commercial HVAC equipment.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service experience
• Strong HVAC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics experience
• Experience servicing RTUs, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units and DX Systems
• Strong Refrigeration and Electrical Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License

NICE TO HAVE:

• Boiler experience
• Chiller experience
• AHUs and Chilled Water Systems
• Cooling Towers
• BAS/Controls or DDC experience
• VFD and VAV troubleshooting
• CRAC Units
• Trane, Carrier, York/JCI, Daikin or Mitsubishi experience
