Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Commercial Mechanical Installation. You will independently manage HVAC installation projects, interact with customers, and oversee plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

You will forecast revenues, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality across projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in Commercial HVAC Mechanical Equipment Installation.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of commercial HVAC equipment across multiple vertical markets, representing the company professionally.
• Coordinate with end-users, sales staff, and prime contractors to define scope and deliverables.
• Oversee project progression from design to close-out, including permits, materials, labor schedules and field installation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to meet schedules and budgets. Conduct Work in Progress meetings.
• Gain working knowledge of BAS systems; Carrier i-Vu knowledge is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, and project specifications.
