Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Service Manager to lead field technicians and operations staff in maintenance, repair, and installation projects across the service territory. The role focuses on driving KPI improvements and customer satisfaction while upholding safety standards.
The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, contract performance, and workforce scheduling to meet revenue and margin targets, with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC and field operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to navigate Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, ERP.
Responsibilities
- Lead field technicians and operations professionals to execute maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation projects.
- Ensure service guidelines and best practices are followed.
- Monitor KPIs and improve field operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide safety training and ensure EH&S compliance.
- Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy.
