You will mentor junior estimators, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional bid teams to ensure smooth handoffs to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level estimating experience within commercial construction.
• 7+ years of progressive estimating experience including large projects.
• Advanced knowledge of drawings, specs, takeoffs, labor productivity, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid reviews and coordinate cross-functional bid teams.
• Develop comprehensive estimates and competitive pricing.
• Mentor junior estimators and drive process improvements.
