Job summary

Enclos is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the preconstruction team and lead pricing for complex façade projects. You will analyze architectural drawings and specifications, develop detailed quantity takeoffs, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates while mentoring junior estimators.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to shape project strategy from the earliest stages, leveraging Revit for takeoffs and coordinating with vendors for timely quotations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Calculate figures and amounts (proportions, area, volume).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications and addenda to determine project requirements.
• Prepare budget and/or hard bid take-offs per minimum requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with Sales on project status and take-off progress.
• Furnish takeoffs, drawings and specifications to preferred vendors for pricing.
