Job summary
Inmar Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of Commercial Enablement to lead strategy, operating model, and adoption of Commercial Conversations.
You will embed Gong into workflows, coaching, and performance metrics to drive revenue impact. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across customer interactions. The role requires leadership of complex initiatives, expertise in sales enablement, and strong change-management skills to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, commercial learning, revenue enablement, sales effectiveness or related field, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with sales methodology, coaching, behavior change, change management and commercial capability development.
Responsibilities
- Own the Commercial Conversations learning strategy and roadmap; define capabilities and reinforcement to improve interaction quality.
- Lead Gong ownership; embed revenue intelligence and AI into commercial workflows and coaching.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to govern platform priorities, configuration, data quality and adoption; drive measurable business impact.
