DuraServ is seeking experienced technicians to diagnose with precision, install with pride, and own the outcome on commercial dock and door systems. You will work independently, own complex service calls, and make technical decisions in the field without direct supervision.

You are a true problem-solver with hands-on mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, capable of frequent outdoor fieldwork and lifting up to 50 pounds. DuraServ values autonomy, safety, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Valid, current state driver's license; daily field travel to customer sites.
• Ability to meet physical demands: outdoor fieldwork, frequent ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose root causes with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Read manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical docs to guide repairs.
