Job summary

DuraServ is seeking experienced technicians to diagnose with precision, install with pride, and own the outcome. You'll work independently, tackle complex service calls and installations, and make technical decisions on-site under pressure.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license; field travel to customer sites daily.
• Ability to meet physical demands: regular fieldwork outdoors, frequent ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial dock and door systems.
• Hands-on experience with welding, mechanical systems, hydraulics, or electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose root causes and perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide diagnostics and repairs.
• Document all service activity with precision — work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing real-time job status updates.
