DuraServ is seeking experienced field technicians in Houston, TX to diagnose, install, and own outcomes on commercial dock and door systems. You’ll work on-site, independently manage complex service calls, and be trusted to make technical decisions in the field without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; daily field travel to customer sites.
• Ability to meet physical demands: outdoors, ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial dock and door systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain dock/door equipment per manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose root causes via mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Read manuals and diagrams to guide repairs accurately.
• Document service activity with parts used and recommendations.
