Metric DCX in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Commercial Director to lead complex negotiations across data center development, construction, and operations. You will shape commercial strategy, manage key stakeholders, and drive outcomes on oversized capital programs in North America.

• Proven leadership experience in a senior commercial role.
• Strong background negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical infra, large-scale construction or EPC.

• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure programs is highly desirable.
