We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing organizations in the digital infrastructure sector to appoint a Senior Commercial Director to support the delivery of some of the largest and most ambitious Data Center developments currently underway in North America.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an individual who can lead complex commercial negotiations, build strategic relationships, and drive successful outcomes across major construction, operational, and infrastructure agreements.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support critical decisions across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for major construction, operational, and strategic agreements.
• Drive commercial strategy across multiple hyperscale and mission-critical projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risk across large-scale capital programs.
• Support pre-award negotiations through to contract execution.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive commercial outcomes.
• Evaluate and structure complex agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support continued business growth through sound commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
• Experience within Data Centers, mission-critical infrastructure, large-scale construction, EPC, energy, or major capital projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or construction programs is highly desirable.
