Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Data center or mission critical construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage hyperscale data center construction projects through all phases.
• Assist in managing project financials, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and support field execution.
• Drive project success with Superintendents and internal teams.
