- 5+ years in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics
- Hands-on CRM and lifecycle measurement experience
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience automating data workflows with Alteryx
- Ability to translate business needs into hypotheses
Responsibilities
- Build standardized KPI frameworks and reliable data models
- Deliver insights to improve lead generation and sales execution
- Prototype generative AI applications with safeguards and measurement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Strategy
- Mentor analysts and promote reproducible workflows
