Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to support end-to-end analytics and AI enablement for DePuy Synthes global Commercial systems. You will build trusted datasets, KPI frameworks, and deliver predictive AI solutions to improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices, while mentoring analysts in SQL and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics, including hands-on CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Strong ability to clean, blend, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience translating business questions into hypotheses, analytical approaches, and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets with source-of-truth datasets and quality monitoring.
• Data quality and integrity improvements across systems.
• Prototype GenAI use cases for commercial enablement with guardrails and validation.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate business needs into clean data models.
