Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI within DePuy Synthes to drive analytics and generative AI projects across global Commercial systems. You will build trusted data assets, KPI frameworks, and predictive solutions to improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

This role partners with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality and responsible AI practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, or marketing analytics experience including CRM measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, window functions, CTEs.
• Hands-on Alteryx Designer for end-to-end data workflows.

Mansioni

• Build and govern customer data assets with source-of-truth datasets.
• Monitor data quality across systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Prototype GenAI use cases with guardrails and human validation.
• Translate business questions into hypotheses and analytical plans.
• Define KPI frameworks and data models for insights and governance.
• Ensure privacy, consent, security, and AI governance compliance.
