Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Data Product Manager for a remote US-based role. You will own enterprise data products supporting reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, translating business needs into scalable data capabilities.

Collaborate with Data Engineers and business leaders in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. Focus on measurable outcomes, data quality, and governance to drive business value.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders to set priorities and success criteria.
• Experience with AI, ML, copilots, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, BI, governance, and data concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and early technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the enterprise data product roadmap across data, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and success measures.
• Establish trusted data domains with KPIs, governance, and data contracts.
• Promote responsible use of data across reporting, dashboards, and AI workflows.
• Drive AI-augmented development through rapid experimentation and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and AI Engineers on design, testing, and adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and governance.
