Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to drive end-to-end analytics and AI enablement across global Commercial systems. You will build trusted datasets, establish KPI frameworks, and deliver predictive and generative AI solutions to improve lead generation and commercial execution.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, measurement integrity, and responsible AI practices, while guiding analysts in methodological

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, or marketing analytics experience, including CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer to build end-to-end data workflows.
• Experience transforming business questions into data-driven insights for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of orthopaedics products and customer profiles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets with trusted datasets and KPIs.
• Monitor and improve data quality across CRM and Commercial platforms.
• Prototype and evaluate GenAI use cases with guardrails and human validation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analytical plans.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate data models into actionable insights.
