Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to enable end-to-end analytics for DePuy Synthes’ global Commercial systems. You will build trusted datasets, KPI frameworks, and deliver predictive AI solutions to improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices; mentor analysts and ensure reproducibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics/marketing analytics, including CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and window functions.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer to build end-to-end data workflows.
• Ability to clean, blend, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles.
• Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses and analyses.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
• Knowledge of data privacy concepts in CRM and governance controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets with source-of-truth datasets.
• Monitor and improve data quality across systems.
• Prototype GenAI use cases with guardrails and validation.
• Partner on analytics intake and prioritization for CRM platforms.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate needs into data models.
• Ensure data privacy and AI governance compliance.
• Mentor analysts in SQL and analytical rigor.
