Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI, to drive end-to-end analytics and AI enablement for DePuy Synthes’ global Commercial systems. You’ll build trusted datasets, KPI frameworks, and deliver predictive and generative AI solutions that enhance lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, measurement integrity, and responsible AI governance across

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, or marketing analytics with CRM measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on Alteryx Designer to build end-to-end data workflows.
• Ability to clean, blend, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; partner with stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Build and govern customer data assets with source-of-truth datasets.
• Improve data quality across systems.
• Prototype GenAI use cases with guardrails and validation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for analytics intake and prioritization.
• Define KPI frameworks and data models for insights.
