Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers and teammates.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure timely follow-up and covenant compliance; monitor pipeline and maturities.
