Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting) is required.
• Strong financial and risk analysis skills with the ability to develop financial models.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Knowledge of corporate business structure and legal documents.
• Proficiency in internal banking applications and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Managers in credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks as needed.
• Draft documentation and prepare for credit reviews with limited oversight.
• Regularly input indicative credit information into banking systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare risk-rating scorecard and tickler analyses and determine actions with PM collaboration.
• Develop risk models and advise PMs of obstacles impeding client expectations.
• Identify monitoring analysis activities required and verify covenants.
