Qualifications

• 2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sound financial and risk analysis understanding, including the ability to develop financial models.
• Extensive Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Knowledge of corporate business structure and legal documents.
• General knowledge of U.S. government and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Managers in credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks as needed.
• Draft documentation and complete indicative credit information in Banking Systems with minimal errors.
• Prepare risk-rating scorecards and analyze tickler events with guidance from PMs.
• Develop risk models and advise PMs on obstacles to client expectations.
• Support Portfolio Managers and participate in Portfolio Reviews and special projects.
