DuBois Chemicals, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Compensation to manage and improve the company’s sales incentive and bonus programs. The role focuses on administering commission plans, validating payments, and partnering with Finance, Commercial leadership, and HR on plan design and payout modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, or payroll analytics.
• Advanced Excel and ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience with commissions, bonuses, quotas, or variable compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commission and bonus programs.
• Calculate, validate, and submit incentive payments to Payroll and AP.
• Prepare accruals, reconciliations, and true ups for Accounting.
• Maintain participant assignments, rates, quotas, targets, and ownership.
