Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, commercial finance, payroll analytics, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large/complex datasets.
• Experience developing/ administering commissions, bonuses, quotas, or other variable compensation programs.
• Strong financial modeling, reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret compensation plan provisions and translate them into accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commission and bonus programs.
• Calculate, validate, and submit incentive payments to Payroll and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare compensation accruals, reconciliations, variance explanations, and true ups for Accounting.
• Maintain participant assignments, rates, quotas, targets, and exceptions.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial leadership, and HR on plan design, payout modeling, and implementation.
• Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate plan costs and payout trends.
• Maintain complete documentation and auditable support for compensation calculations.
