Responsibilities include managing annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay-transparency efforts, while mentoring colleagues and delivering executive-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in base compensation program management.
• Experience applying regulatory (e.g., FLSA, Pay Transparency) and/or compliance standards.
• Experience managing and implementing organization-wide projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide compensation programs including annual cycle, benchmarking, and market analyses.
• Analyze internal and external compensation data.
• Lead annual compensation cycle activities: planning, data prep, system config, manager guidance, reporting, post-cycle analysis.
• Administer salary survey participation, benchmarking, job matches, data validation, results analysis.
• Ensure pay transparency compliance and related projects.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Mentor and guide team members on projects.
