• Coordinate and oversee internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Commercial Banking team.
• Facilitate complex customer onboarding and commercial deposit account opening processes.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding to account inquiries, processing overdrafts, and handling fee refunds; facilitate wire transfers and other payment processes with accuracy and compliance.
