Fulton Bank in Hunt Valley, MD seeks a senior administrator to support the Commercial Sales Team. You will lead the preparation of proposals, coordinate meetings, and manage onboarding and banking processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in financial administration or sales support, plus strong communication and MS Office proficiency. Hybrid work with 3 days in-office and potential remote days after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of administration experience in financial institution or sales environment required.
• 7+ years in commercial bank sales support or related senior role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals, pitchbooks, and marketing materials for client presentations and business development.
• Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Commercial Banking team.
• Facilitate complex client onboarding and commercial deposit account openings.
• Handle account inquiries, overdrafts, fee refunds, transfers, wires, and other payment processes with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support sponsorships and community event contributions in line with policies.
• Develop and maintain office procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
• Assist with printing, scanning, and document processing for internal and client projects.
• Plan and coordinate internal events and community connectivity activities.
