Truist is seeking a CCS support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in servicing commercial client portfolios. You will help with sales activities, onboarding, and client communications to ensure timely and accurate service across deposit accounts, loans, and treasury onboarding.

The role requires strong attention to detail, Excel-like reporting abilities, and experience in a bank environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of related experience in financial services.
• Two years in a CCS or similar role.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
• Completion of CCS training curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, call prep, onboarding, and client outreach.
• Support portfolio growth by identifying referral opportunities and coordinating with IRM partners.
• Assist in servicing loans, deposits and fee services, including documentation, account opening and payments processing.
