Truist Financial Corporation in Baltimore seeks a seasoned Commercial Card Sales Consultant to advise clients, develop growth plans, and close multi-million dollar deals. You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate terms, and present solutions to senior executives.

You will collaborate with treasury and finance leaders to optimize working capital, drive revenue, and shape go-to-market strategies for a broad set of commercial card products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, treasury management, commercial card sales, payments, commercial banking, or related financial services field.
• Demonstrated success advancing and closing deals, preferably in commercial card.
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Card, Treasury Management, Accounts Payable, Payments Automation, and Working Capital solutions.
• Proven ability to lead consultative sales engagements and enterprise-wide sales opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Advise commercial clients on Commercial Card programs and related services and sell these solutions.
• Develop territory and market growth strategies to uncover new business opportunities and increase Commercial Card revenue.
• Act as the Commercial Card expert for internal partners and clients.
• Collaborate with senior executives, treasury leaders, procurement teams, and finance executives to optimize payments and working capital.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive Commercial Card, payables, and working capital solutions aligned with client needs.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback to shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures.
• Align cross-functional teams to support strategic client opportunities and successful implementations.
• Establish and sustain relationships with client executives.
• Sustain a strong opportunity pipeline and consistently meet revenue objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, client forums, and strategic business development initiatives.
