Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Commercial Card Sales Consultant to advise clients on Commercial Card programs and related services, developing opportunities and leading end-to-end sales engagements.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Procurement and Finance leaders to optimize payments, negotiate terms, and deliver integrated payables and working capital solutions across client organizations. In-person and virtual interactions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, treasury management, commercial card sales, payments, commercial banking, or related financial services field.
• Proven ability to lead consultative sales engagements and enterprise-wide sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated success establishing relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on Commercial Card programs and related services and sells these solutions.
• Creates territory and market growth strategies to uncover new business opportunities and increase Commercial Card revenue.
• Acts as the Commercial Card expert for internal partners and clients.
• Collaborates with senior executives, treasury leaders, procurement teams, and finance executives to optimize payments and working capital.
• Develops and delivers comprehensive Commercial Card, payables, and working capital solutions.
• Shares market intelligence and client feedback to shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiates contract terms and pricing structures.
• Aligns cross-functional teams to support client opportunities and implementations.
• Establishes and sustains relationships with client executives.
• Maintains a strong opportunity pipeline and meets revenue objectives.
