Firstrust Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in a hybrid role in the Montgomery County area. The candidate will develop and manage a portfolio of profitable business banking clients, originate loans, cross-sell products, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Strong communication and Mandarin skills are preferred, with 5–7 years in commercial banking. The role emphasizes relationship-centric service, risk management, and growth within the Select Markets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of commercial banking experience.
• Strong business development skills within a large portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of commercial lending practices and compliance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop, prospect, and deepen relationships with commercial banking clients.
• Originate new client loans and cross-sell banking products.
• Analyze, structure, and submit loans for approval.
• Act as lending officer for a large portfolio and coordinate with Credit Analysts.
• Document and close loan requests in compliance with laws and policies.
• Represent Firstrust in the community and hit set goals.
