You will originate loans, nurture deposits, cross-sell banking products, and monitor risk while staying compliant with regulatory guidelines.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in commercial lending are preferred; hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, economics or accounting.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial lending, audit, loan review, or finance.
• Commercial & Industrial loan experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow new accounts.
• Strong sales, prospecting, and customer outreach skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work sites.
