Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial lending experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to negotiate across the organization and with customers
• Knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs
• Proven sales record in commercial banking

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand Commercial Banking relationships with SMEs to grow sales and market share
• Understand customer business models and growth needs to propose loan, deposit, and cash management solutions
• Analyze, structure, and submit loans for approval to appropriate authority
• Serve as primary banker for a portfolio of commercial relationships, including credit and non-credit
• Close approved loan requests and ensure compliance with laws and bank policies
• Support Portfolio Managers in monitoring loan portfolios for delinquency and covenant compliance
• Develop referral sources and participate in community and not-for-profit activities
